AT A GLANCE
Quite the strange eyes, this one, hued like dusk at autumn's last bell, pocked with a beauty mark. Waves of dark hair spill to frame severe cheekbones & a warm, bronze complexion. She has a gaze that might generally convey some form of anticipation, unflinching. Perhaps like she knows something you don't. However, her gaze is most often occupied by tomes & palimpsests, a pen constantly in hand, scribbling in a cramped, personal stenography. Given, that is if she's not currently embellished in her finery, sequestered away with some important name or another, seeming pleasant as ever. Of note is her strange uniform, royal blue, woven with thread & trims of gold. An insignia of what fealty, however, remains unknown.
Intimations
If naught else, one might be dealing with some form of agent. Little can be done to assuage rumors, & oft is it that the term spy is tossed about, a suspicion that she sorely loathes. If only it were so simple. The truth of the matter is more complicated than that, save for the plain fact that people are wont to mistrust foreigners, especially those they can't quite place.Xariel's middling reputation amongst the guilds within Arrzaneth Ossuary & Maelvaan's Gate may reveal to those of likely persuasions that Xariel has some renown as an Aetherial Anthropologist. The answer may change amongst the circles of Moneratists or Nobility; there, Xariel Cassia is an expert financier & broker, a savant with numbers. A woman of many hats, one might say. Perhaps this supports the rumors, but let it not be said that Xariel will ever be wanting for work.
